Brasserie Absint serves a lunch buffet Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Our lunch buffet always includes:
Salad bar
Freshly baked bread
Omelettes
Soup
Pickles herring, salmon and boiled potatoes
Three hot dishes to choose from: vegetarian, fish or meat
Coffee and cookies
BRUNCH
Each Saturday between 12 p.m. to 15 p.m. (will not be served during summertime)
DINNER
